Relay for Life to be held Saturday, August 8
A Gratiot/Isabella County Relay for Life will be held on Saturday, August 8 at the Alma College Recreation Center.
Two upcoming events for the Shepherd Area Historical Society
The members of the Shepherd Area Historical Society have been busy lately, with the repairs to roof on the Powerhouse Museum annex, replacement of a window, renovations to the interior of the annex, and recently the repainting of the outside of the Little Red Schoolhouse. These projects require funding, and the society has not slowed down as it plans for two upcoming events: the ice cream social on Monday, July 13, and a dinner planned for Wednesday, September 16.

Tickets for the Shepherd Historical Society’s Fundraising Dinner are now available for purchase. The fundraising dinner will take place on Wednesday, September 16 from 4:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. at the Shepherd Bar & Restaurant. The proceeds raised during this fundraiser will benefit the Shepherd Area Historical Society.
